A wholesome, hearty bread made with whole wheat flour, bran, and sesame seeds, with a touch of palm sugar for a gentle sweetness. Rich in texture and full of nutty, earthy flavour.

Ingredients: Whole wheat flour, yeast, salt, coconut oil, bran, sesame seeds, a little palm sugar & wheat flour.

All breads are lightly glazed with milk before baking, giving the loaf a beautiful golden finish.

Freshly baked at Temuku Bakery, inspired by recipes from our grandmother’s recipe box. Temuku is part of a small family-run organic farm in Pupuan, Bali, where farming has been part of the family since 1988. The farm is nurtured through permaculture and biodynamic practices, working in harmony with nature and without herbicides, pesticides, or synthetic fungicides.
