A soft and wholesome bread filled with sweet raisins, gently spiced with cinnamon and lightly sweetened with palm sugar. Made with whole wheat flour and bran for a hearty texture and rich, comforting flavour.

Ingredients: Raisins, yeast, salt, bran, whole wheat flour, milk, wheat flour, a little palm sugar & cinnamon.

Freshly baked at Temuku Bakery, inspired by recipes from our grandmother’s recipe box. Temuku is part of a small family-run organic farm in Pupuan, Bali, where farming has been part of the family since 1988. The farm is nurtured through permaculture and biodynamic practices, working in harmony with nature and without herbicides, pesticides, or synthetic fungicides.
