A wholesome and hearty bread packed with oats, sunflower seeds, and flaxseeds, combined with whole wheat flour and bran. A touch of palm sugar adds gentle sweetness, while the seeds give the loaf a delicious nutty texture.

Ingredients: Oats, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, whole wheat flour, yeast, salt, coconut oil, bran, a little palm sugar & wheat flour.

All breads are lightly glazed with milk during baking, giving the loaf a beautiful golden finish.

Temuku is part of a small family-run organic farm in Pupuan, Bali, where farming has been part of the family since 1988. The farm is nurtured through permaculture and biodynamic practices, working in harmony with nature and without herbicides, pesticides, or synthetic fungicides.
