A soft and moist homemade cake made with fragrant black chia seeds and fresh lemon juice and zest. Bright, refreshing, and delicately nutty, with just the right balance of sweetness and citrus.

Ingredients: Black chia seeds, fresh lemon juice, butter, cane sugar, eggs, lemon zest, wheat flour, milk & baking powder.
