A soft and fragrant homemade bread made with fresh coconut, coconut oil, and a touch of palm sugar. Lightly sweet with a lovely natural coconut flavour, perfect for breakfast or a simple afternoon treat.

Ingredients: Fresh coconut, yeast, coconut oil, salt, bran, a little palm sugar & wheat flour.

All breads are lightly glazed with milk during baking, giving the loaf a beautiful golden finish.

Freshly baked at Temuku Bakery, inspired by recipes from our grandmother’s recipe box. Temuku is part of a small family-run organic farm in Pupuan, Bali, where farming has been part of the family since 1988. The farm is nurtured through permaculture and biodynamic practices, working in harmony with nature and without herbicides, pesticides, or synthetic fungicides.
